FREE Tai Chi Saturdays!
Join IOM for FREE tai chi sessions on Saturdays at Bull Creek Park.
Sessions start at 8:30 am at the concrete area on the south side of the creek (Lakewood Dr. south of the creek and north of Lakemoore Dr.).
Dr. Rey Ximenes leads yang style tai chi, qigong, and sword-based tai chi forms. No worries if you don't have a sword, we usually take a few extras. Yardsticks or shorter jamb rods also make decent swords.
Everyone, regardless of skill level, is welcome.
Come join us, almost every Saturday for a peaceful, yet empowering start to your weekend!
